Owner/President
Mary Simon
Meet Mary, an inspiring individual with an incredible journey! Raised in a dynamic family of entrepreneurs in Hotchkiss, Colorado, she began her education by pursuing a business degree at the University of Southern Colorado before transferring to CMU to specialize in Early Childhood Education. After graduation, she launched a successful preschool morning program from home. However, her heart was drawn to business. A chance introduction to the staffing industry ignited a spark, and with her father's encouragement, she laid the foundation for her own thriving staffing/payroll agency, which has flourished for over 20 years!
Mary has been happily married to Kenneth Simon for 18 wonderful years, and together they cherish a lovely blended family of four children, four grandchildren, and five adorable black cats affectionately known as the "Simon Pride."

Meet Debbie, a powerhouse with over 20 years of experience in administration and management, bringing an incredible wealth of expertise to our team! Debbie studied voice and technical theatre at CMU and passionately pursues her love for music by singing in the Western Colorado Chorale. When she's not working her magic, she enjoys the beautiful life on Glade Park with her husband, Jamie, and their three amazing dogs!

She's gaining hands-on experience as an intern at Professional Business Solutions, where she's making her mark. When she's not hitting the books or excelling at work, you can find her showcasing her skills on the CMU Club Softball team or unleashing her creativity through reading and painting.
